我司自主研發(fā)的《八維數字孿生智慧工廠(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)平臺》獲得了由我國版權局頒發(fā)的計算機軟件著(zhù)作權登記證書(shū)。
該系統以軟件平臺為核心,通過(guò)可視化配置,簡(jiǎn)化了復雜的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)硬件開(kāi)發(fā)工作,無(wú)需任何編程經(jīng)驗就可以完成功能定義、界面設計等工作。
八維數字孿生智慧工廠(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)平臺是在我司自主研發(fā)的BIM 8D數字孿生基礎架構支撐下,基于人工智能和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的算法和創(chuàng )新技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)的軟件平臺。這款平臺將大數據、人工智能和數字孿生等前沿技術(shù)與傳統制造業(yè)相融合,構建出智慧工廠(chǎng)。八維數字孿生智慧工廠(chǎng)以三維場(chǎng)景為依托,生產(chǎn)數據為核心,生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)為紐帶的數字孿生應用,實(shí)現廠(chǎng)房、車(chē)間、流水線(xiàn)、設備的逐級可視,并整合各業(yè)務(wù)系統數據,對生產(chǎn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行綜合監管及全局分析。
該平臺利用虛擬現實(shí)方法獲得工廠(chǎng)現狀的全熱點(diǎn)三維模型,結合 3DGIS+BIM技術(shù)搭建并集成全生命周期的動(dòng)靜態(tài)數據,在大屏顯示上以“一張圖”的形式漫游展示整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程,形象直觀(guān)。此外,基于工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺構建的數字化工廠(chǎng)數字孿生平臺系統架構分為四層:基礎數據層、基礎服務(wù)層、平臺服務(wù)層、應用服務(wù)層。

The 8-dimensional digital Twin Smart factory development platform is a software platform developed based on the algorithms and innovative technologies of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things under the support of the BIM 8D digital twin infrastructure independently developed by our company. The platform integrates cutting-edge technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence and digital twins with traditional manufacturing to build a smart factory. E ight-dimensional digital twin smart factory is based on three-dimensional scene, production data as the core, production business as the link of the digital twin application, to achieve the plant, workshop, assembly line, equipment level by level visibility, and integration of business system data, comprehensive supervision and global analysis of the production process.
The platform uses virtual reality method to obtain the full hot three-dimensional model of the current situation of the factory, combines 3DGIS+BIM technology to build and integrate the dynamic and static data of the whole life cycle, and walks the entire production process in the form of "one picture" on the large screen display, which is intuitive. In addition, the digital twin platform system architecture of the digital factory based on the industrial Internet platform is divided into four layers: basic data layer, basic service layer, platform service layer and application service layer.
